Warranty registration is IMPORTANT.

When you purchase a watch from this website, your two year product warranty will be automatically registered from the day of your order and no further action will be required.

Our pledge

We consider customer satisfaction and after sales care to be one of the most important aspects of our business and this is why all Nite watches come with a two year Warranty.

Our aim is to deliver exceptional products and services that result in many years of reliable service. We take great care to ensure that each Nite watch is manufactured from the finest materials and to the highest possible standard. However, the fine and exacting nature of watch manufacturing can sometimes result in faults occurring from time to time. Should you experience any problems with your watch, we will deal with it as promptly and efficiently as possible.

What's covered?

The Nite International two year Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects as listed in our warranty Policy. Subject to inspection and assessment of the fault by our service centre, we guarantee to repair or replace a customer's watch with the same model or a superior model if a direct replacement is unavailable. We will action the warranty process as soon as we have your watch and confirmation of your warranty registration details.

Battery replacements, repair and warranty work during the term of the warranty period MUST be carried out by an authorised Nite repair centre. Failure to adhere to this requirement will invalidate your warranty and a cost will be incurred.

Warranty includes:

  • GTLS detaching from the dial or hands
  • Hands falling off
  • Movement failure
  • Battery failure (watch ticking a 4 second intervals) during the first 12 months
  • Watch losing more than manufacturers stated time during the first 12 months
  • Mineral glass or sapphire crystal falling out
  • Date not changing correctly (check faq's for advise)
  • Condensation or flooding when crown is fully in position
  • Manufacturing defects

Non Warranty

  • GTLS failure* (GTLS are made of pressurised glass vials and due to the nature of the technology cannot be warranted against breakage)
  • Mineral glass or sapphire crystal becoming scratched, chipped or broken
  • Crown stems snapping or detaching from case
  • Bezels becoming scratched, loose or lost
  • Bezel becoming detached due to loss of MBS pins
  • Strap or bracelet becoming scratched or broken
  • Buckle breakage or damage
  • Case back becoming scratched or loose
  • Watch case becoming scratched, broken or damaged in any way
  • Loss of lug screw pins
  • Defects or damage due to misuse and/or physical/accidental abuse
  • Defects or damage due to the attempted repair of an unauthorised service centre
  • Flooding or condensation due to the crown being left out of position, including thermal shock which may result in dial condensation if a warm watch is suddenly exposed to an extremely cold environment

* GTLS is a specialist item and should not be removed by any unauthorised dealer

How to process your claim

In the event of a warranty claim or if your watch is in need of a repair or service, please send your watch to us with a written explanation of the problem along with your address and contact details. IMPORTANT: If you have not registered for warranty we will require Proof of Purchase. Failure to provide either of these details may result in any necessary repair work being charged for.

It is important and a requirement that when returning goods from overseas that you complete a customs declaration form as 'returned unwanted goods with nil value.'

Nite International is not responsible for import duty or taxes on goods returned for repair and servicing.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that your watch is fully insured during transit as Nite International DOES NOT accept any liability for loss or damage for incoming goods.

Service Charges

Our standard service charge for repair and non-warranty procedures is £45.00 inclusive of VAT and return postage to any UK address. Repairs for customers in the European Union will be subject to UK VAT charges. Non EU customers will not be charged UK VAT.

A quotation for shipping charges will be provided by email for watches being returned to overseas customers.

Service charge includes:

Battery replacement, O-Ring seals, repair of most faults and a pressure test for water resistance to the rated depth.

Retailer Warranty procedures

In the event of a complaint or a warranty problem, customers may also return their watch directly to a Nite Watch reseller. In this instance, the reseller is obliged to return the watch to us so that we can deal directly with you. Under the terms of our warranty policy, retailers are under no obligation to replace, refund or credit you for any loss until such times as we have checked the item and assessed the problem.

If a reseller decides to replace a watch as part of their internal policy without the returned item first being checked by our service centre or without formal authorisation from Nite we will not be responsible for crediting or replacing the watch other than under the terms of our standard warranty policy.

All watches returned to us by a reseller MUST be accompanied by the customers full name, address, proof of purchase and daytime contact telephone number. Upon receipt, we will check the fault and will either repair or replace the watch with an equivalent model at our discretion within fourteen days of receipt.
